BHI works with a number of insurance programs and managed care plans. Please verify with your insurance company that the BHI physician you are scheduled to see is a participant in your plan.

Please bring your insurance card with you so that we can work with your insurer. Payment for BHI services is due within thirty (30) days of your receipt of our bill. Copays are to be paid at the time of service, per the items of your agreement with your insurance company. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
